SKORTA works out of Reading, Berkshire. That matters more than it sounds. The Thames Valley sits at the junction of the M4 and the M3, half an hour from Heathrow and under an hour from central London — which means a collection in Ascot, Windsor, Henley or Marlow is a local job, not a call-out with a surcharge attached.

It also puts us in the middle of one of the densest concentrations of fine cars in Britain. Between the private estates around Sunningdale and Wentworth, the riverside houses of Henley and Marlow, and the restoration specialists clustered near Oxford at Bicester Heritage, there is a great deal of metal within an hour of the yard that deserves better than a shared trailer.

Local roots, national reach

Being local does not mean being limited.
