WHAT WE MOVE

What we move

From hypercars to concours classics, prestige saloons to competition cars — the loading, restraint and protection change with the car. Here is how we handle each.

Why the car decides the method

A 1960s classic, a modern hypercar and a two-tonne electric saloon are not the same problem. Ground clearance decides the loading angle and whether a car can be driven on at all. Originality decides how much is touched and where straps are placed. Weight and battery state decide how the car sits and is secured.

That is why we do not run one process for everything. A supercar with a splitter and active aero needs the shallowest possible ramp and a sealed trailer. A classic may be a non-runner with marginal brakes and paint that cannot be polished back. An electric car is simply heavier than it looks and should not be driven flat to make a journey.

If your car is not listed

These pages cover what we are asked for most, not the limit of what we move. If you have something unusual — a competition car on slicks, a low-mileage survivor, a car that has not run in a decade — the honest answer is that the method is decided by the car in front of us, not a category on a website.

Tell us what it is and where it needs to go, and you will get a straight answer about how it should travel. Start with an indicative estimate.
