These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the contract for moving your car — that is the written quotation and booking confirmation we send you, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Estimates are estimates

The calculator on this site produces an indicative figure only. It is worked out from the distance between the two locations you selected, the trailer you chose and the date, using our own rate assumptions. It is not an offer and it is not a fixed price.

A price becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing for a specific vehicle, on specific dates, at specific addresses. Anything that changes those inputs can change the price, and we will tell you before it does.

Distances and locations

Routes and distances are calculated from the coordinates of the places you select, using third-party mapping data. They are close, but they are not a survey. Access at either end — width, height, gradient, gates, parking restrictions — is your responsibility to describe accurately, and we would always rather hear about a problem before the day.

Using this website

You may read, print and share these pages. The text, photography, renders and design are ours and may not be republished as your own. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or use it to send anything unlawful.

Accuracy

We keep this site as accurate as we can and correct mistakes when we find them. Where something is not yet settled, we would rather say nothing than state something we cannot stand behind. Nothing here should be read as legal, insurance, customs or import advice for your particular vehicle.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on an indicative estimate rather than a written quotation.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
